How To Quit Smoking

You want to quit smoking but don’t know how to quit smoking?Quitting smoking is certainly not an easy thing to do. However planning your quit, identify what comes and you can do will make the process easier.

Smoking kills and certainly you are all conscious of that already. Even tho every packs of cigarette have warning signs so that its consumers would be aware that every stick of cigarette they puff will make them dead faster. Diseases such as lung cancer are caused by this addiction and if you puff packs of cigarettes a day, your chance of getting heart diseases is gonna be high.

1.Smoking patches and decreasing the amount of sticks smoked in a day is usually the most common technique

Smoking is considered as an addiction, and any type of addiction is certainly hard to quit. Your body craves for the nicotine that smoking less than what you normally smoke already show signs of withdrawal and it’s not a good feeling. Unfortunately, it’s what you have to go through but don’t do it drastically so you would lessen your torture. There are different ways to help you on your quest of quitting. How to quit smoking is really up to you. Sometimes, a person would just stop after a traumatic incident and most of the time they would start do it little by little.

2.Quit smoking when you are not so addicted to it

How to quit smoking easily ? Well, if you are not very addicted to it yet, then it’s the best time to stop. Don’t let the addiction go too far or else it would be more difficult for you to stop. You have to know how to quit smoking before it’s too late. There are different ways if you are just determined enough. It’s not going to be pleasant as no rehabilitation is pleasant but you can do it for yourself so you won’t end up on death bed praying to God for the pain to go away. Respiratory diseases can be very painful and your death is not going to be instant. If you don’t want pain to be your constant “accompanying person’’ when it’s already too late then you should quit this addiction now, once and for all.

3.Away from smoking spot

Apart from these, why don’t cha be away from the spot where you usually smoking. It may help you to forget about smoking. When you are away from the smoking spot, and do other activity, automatically it will lead you to forget about smoking.

4.No teasing please!!!

Tell your family and friends that you are in the middle of quit smoking. I know they may feel weird because you are quitting smoking. What you should do is tell them that you really wan to quit smoking and call for their support.
